What is a preorder item?
Preorder items are items that are not in stock. We offer items at preorder to ensure you get the size and style needed versus having to rush to cart for releases. Preorder items typically take 4-6 weeks from closing date. Closing date is the date on the product title that states when it closes. Estimated ship times can be found under product descriptions. We will no longer refund orders due to a customer failing to read that it is indeed a preorder item.
What is RTS?
RTS stands for ready to ship items. These items are in stock and ready to ship. All items on the website are ready to ship with the exception of items listed under PREORDERS OPEN and PREORDERS CLOSED.
How long does it take for my RTS order to ship?
Ready to ship orders that do not contain preorder items ship in 1-5 business days. Please only mix RTS and preorder items in one order if you are ok with waiting for all items to be ready to ship.
How long does it take for my preorder items to ship?
Preorder items typically take 8-10 weeks from CLOSING DATE. This means we collect and start production on orders once the preorder has closed, not from the date order is placed. If you order preorders that close at different times, your order will ship when all preorders are ready. You can check our monthly calendar located on the website in the main menu to see when preorders are estimated to ship out and also refer to estimated shipping times under the product’s description. Please note these are estimations. I try my best to estimate them as accurate as possible, but there may be instances when they ship earlier or later.
What state do you ship out of?
We ship out of Youngsville, LA and Midland, TX.
How does sizing run?
Baby number sizes typically run closer to the bigger number size (example: 9/12m fits closer to 12m). 2T and up fit true to size for most styles. Please refer to size charts listed under product descriptions for best fit. If a size chart or size is missing from a product description please feel free to reach out to us via website chat, email, Facebook business page, or Facebook VIP group so we can send measurements.
