Once an item has closed, you can view estimated shipping dates in our closed preorder updates section. Please do not combine with in stock items unless ok with waiting for all items to be ready to ship. You can order items from different closing dates, but please keep in mind it may delay your order. If an item is already closed, any size left you are welcome to order.
